- Description: Fire-rated core doors are chipped, dried and glued particles
that are formed through several processes that involve, heating under high
pressure and drilling. The board is consisted of additional fire retarding
additives making it superior. Even at relatively light weight the burn-off rate
is very low. This leads to doors with excellent fire rating and stability.

• Profile Cores:
- Description: Profile cores are chipped, dried and glued particles that are
formed through several processes that involve, heating under high pressure
and drilling. They have been developed to meet the increasing demand for
solid cores in molded skin doors. As a result these doors show perfect
finish, excellent stability and very good sound insulation.
- Types: Tubular Profile Core: used for light weight heavy duty door with
perfect finish.
Solid Profile Core: For fire rated molded doors. The structure of the board
offers excellent protection against fire, especially in the exposed routed
areas.
